These terms cover bylineintelligence.com, Byline’s public website, and requests sent through its first-brief request form. They cover nothing else. Byline Intelligence is the trading name of Byrhan Intelligence, the legal entity behind this site; “Byline” in these terms means Byrhan Intelligence.

The website. Content on bylineintelligence.com is for information. It describes a product in development and includes clearly labeled illustrative examples. It is not advice, and no statement on the site is an offer of service.

Requests. Sending the form is a request, not a contract, and does not on its own start any service. Continued service, if offered, is a paid program under its own written agreement.

No warranties. bylineintelligence.com is provided as is. Byline works to keep it accurate and says plainly what is still planned and what exists today, but makes no warranties about its content.

Content ownership. The site’s text, design and marks belong to Byline. The organizations, programs and reviewers in the illustrative examples are fictional; the public records those examples cite are real, and each is linked to its source.

Contact. Through the request form, which reaches Byline directly. Put what you need in the issue field; the reply goes to the email address you give.

Changes. Each version is numbered and dated above. Any material change gets a new version.
