The terms

These Terms are between you and Davis Taylor Advisory LLC, operating as Byline Intelligence (“Byline”). These terms cover bylineintelligence.com, Byline’s public website, requests sent through its Desk first-brief form, its one-brief request form, and messages sent through its contact form. They cover nothing else.
The website
Content on bylineintelligence.com and Byline briefs are intelligence and editorial analysis. They are not legal, lobbying, compliance, financial or strategic advice. The site is for information and includes clearly labeled illustrative examples; no statement on it is an offer of service.
Requests
Sending the form is a request, not a contract, and does not on its own start any service. Continued service is a paid program under its own written agreement, quoted per program.
One brief
Sending the one-brief request asks a person at Byline to prepare a single brief. It is not a subscription and not a purchase. No payment is taken on this site, and no recurring billing exists. If paid plans open, they will be offered under terms published here first, with their price, billing period, cancellation and refund rules stated before any card is taken. A Byline brief is a briefing publication: it is not legal, lobbying, compliance, financial or strategic advice, and it takes no action on a reader’s behalf.
Byline Desk
A first brief is complimentary on one issue, and does not start monitoring or any ongoing service. The Constitution Sprint and any program are quoted on request and governed by their own written agreements.
No warranties
bylineintelligence.com is provided as is. Byline works to keep it accurate, but makes no warranties about its content.
Content ownership
The site’s text, design and marks belong to Byline. The organizations, programs and reviewers in the illustrative examples are fictional; the public records those examples cite are real, and each is linked to its source.

Through the contact form, which reaches Byline directly. Choose a topic; the reply goes to the email address you give.
Changes
Each version is numbered and dated above. Any material change gets a new version.
